'Avengers: Infinity War' Cast News: Which Characters Will Feature In This Epic Cross Over?
There is no doubt in any mind that the recently announced "Avengers: Infinity War" will be an epic crossover event in itself and will act as a great conclusion for all that Marvel has planned. The two films are being shot simultaneously at the same time. Here is a list of characters which are confirmed or speculated to be a part of "Avengers: Infinity War". This list also mentions the characters which are not a part of the upcoming movie.
"[Captain America:] Civil War was a good warm up for us in terms of the storytelling for Infinity War because we were dealing with such a large number of characters," said Anthony Russo. In one interview the brains behind the franchise stated that about 67 characters were on the board for the two films but later changed their statement by stating that the number was non-specific.
"When we lock ourselves in a room with the Russo brothers and a couple of execs from Marvel, one wall has cards for movie one and the other wall has cards for movie two and another wall has little baseball cards of every character still alive in the Marvel universe - Down to Darcy's boyfriend in Thor 2 - literally, anybody who did not die and has been established as alive. And then we looked at that began to shuffle the cards around. So basically, the big scene is when Darcy's boyfriend and Galactus get together," said Christopher Markus, the screenwriter for "Avengers: Infinity War".
It is established that end of "Captain America: Civil War" is related to the upcoming "Avengers: Infinity War". The Iron Man played by Tony Stark is confirmed in the movie as his contract runs through both upcoming movies. The same is the case with Steve Rogers (Captain America) because his destiny was left to open interpretation in the Civil War movie.
Mark Ruffalo, who plays Hulk or Bruce Banner is also confirmed for the movie because he said his character will have an interesting hue in "Avengers" movies. Natasha Romanoff, played by Scarlett Johansson will most likely be making a comeback because "Avengers" is not complete without her. Hawkeye and Thor, played by Jeremy Renner and Chris Hemsworth are also confirmed to be a part of the movie "Avengers: Infinity War".
Josh Brolin, Elizabeth Olsen, and Paul Bettany are also on board the project. Commander Nick Fury may make an appearance too, as Samuel L. Jackson stated that he "thinks" he will be a part of the movie. With the "Guardians of the Galaxy" star cast on board, Star-Lord, Gamora, Nebula, Drax and Racoon along with favorite Groot will most definitely be a part of the crossover movie. Benedict Cumberbatch, playing Doctor Strange, will also be a part of this epic movie. It is definitely going to be an awesome combination cross-over of the best that Marvel has to offer.
