A much sought-after "Overwatch" character, Lucio is headed to other Blizzard games to square off against them in Nexus joining the likes of Tracer and Zarya in the "Heroes of the Storm."

Lucio will be the third character hailing from Blizzard's hit first-person shooter video game to make an appearance in the game developer and publisher's MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena). "Heroes of the Storm" is deemed by many as Blizzard's rebuttal to the skyrocketing popularity of "League of Legends" and "Defense of the Ancients."

The game actually propelled to popularity following the addition of characters hailing from the company's hit franchises. It didn't take too long for "Overwatch" to comprehensively shift into the Nexus. While avid gamers have been hazarding all sorts of speculations regarding what aces Lucio will have up his sleeve in the Nexus, thankfully the internet is rife with pieces of information on Lucio's appearance in the Nexus.

"Overwatch" - Lucio Teams Up With Tracer & Zarya
One of "Overwatch's" original support characters, Lucio boasts the ability to utilize sound for both offensives as well as defensive combat. He is also known for his wall-riding trick which comes in handy while fending off enemy combatants. Much to the delight of avid gamers, he is said to boast the same abilities in "Heroes of the Storm."

However, Lucio is not the only character heading to the game. A third unnamed character is slated to make an appearance in the game alongside Lucio, according to GameRant. Nevertheless, fans are restlessly waiting to figure out what new armament Lucio will have in his arsenal in the MOBA.

Lucio is slated to arrive in "Heroes of the Storm" Public Test Realm on Feb. 6. He will be included in the game's main roster in the next update, Blizzard confirmed via a tweet. As expected, he will be a support character in the MOBA.

Skills & Abilities
Lucio's move set is not slated to undergo a radical overhaul if a "Heroes of the Storm" gameplay teaser is anything to go by. He will be able to swap between healing abilities or alternatively provide them a speed boost. Moreover, his Sound Barrier will also be there in the game.

Sound Barrier
This is one of Lucio's Heroic abilities and it usually works the same way. Sound Barrier enables him to give his compeers a powerful shield. Aside from that, he will boast a brand new ability dubbed, Reverse Amp, which lets him slow down his combatants or decrease their health.
