The new trailer of "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2" has been unveiled during the 2017 Super Bowl LI. The recently concluded Super Bowl 51 did not just feature a one for the ages football game but also saw the release of trailers from some of the most anticipated movies of 2017.

The new "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2" trailer started with the words, "just who in the hell do you think you are?" uttered by the villainous all gold new enemy Ayesha. The new villain, played by Elizabeth Debicki, will be one of the new characters that fans of the movie franchise will be seeing in the movie's sequel.

The recently released trailer has confirmed some of the "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2" spoilers that have been leaked online. The recent "Guardians 2" spoilers have revealed new characters for the movie franchise.

The three new members of the band of unlikely heroes were featured in the new "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" trailer. New members Yondu, Mantis and Nebula were all given brief stints in the trailer alongside old members Star-lord, Gamora, Drax, Rocker and Baby Groot.

Yondu (Michael Rooker) and Nebula (Karen Gillan) were already seen in the first "Guardians" movie. The two with "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2" newcomer Mantis (Pom Klementieff) is set to join the original five man team from the first movie.

"Guardians of the Galaxy 2" spoilers have already found their way online. According to reports, the new movie will see Star-lord Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) reuniting with his long-lost father who is also known as the Ego the Living Planet (Kurt Russell). Though Russell's character was not featured in the new trailer an unreleased Comic-con trailer has already confirmed that Star-lord's father will appear in the sequel.

Original cast members Vin Diesel, Zoe Saldana, Bradley Cooper and Dave Bautista will all come back for the "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2". The "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" release date is scheduled on May 5.
