"Hitman Absolution" was first released for the Xbox 360 on Nov. 20, 2012. The game was developed by IO Interactive and under the banner of game publisher Square Enix.

The release of "Hitman: Absolution" as an Xbox One Backward Compatible game was met by video game fans favorably. However, there are still those who are disappointed not with the game itself but because Microsoft is yet to release "Call of Duty: Black Ops II" as an Xbox One Backward Compatible title.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops II" is the most requested video game title to come to the Xbox One Backward Compatible project. However, there are still no updates as to when and if "Black Ops 2" will be released for Xbox One.
