'Grimm' Season 6 Episode 8 Preview: 'Things Get a Little More Complicated' in 'The Son Also Rises'
S. Turla"Chuck" alum Vik Sahay guest stars in the eighth episode of Grimm Season 6. In "The Son Also Rises," Team Grimm continue to look into the origins of the mysterious cloth.
The official synopsis for "The Son Also Rises," episode 8 of Grimm Season 6, reads, "Deadly attacks on a team of scientists lead Nick (David Giuntoli), Hank (Russell Hornsby) and Wu (Reggie Lee) on an investigation unlike any they have had before. Meanwhile, as the research continues into the origins of the cloth, Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) learn that Eve (Bitsie Tulloch) is still feeling the after effects of the death grip. Elsewhere, Capt. Renard (Sasha Roiz) reaches out to an old friend to get answers to the origins of the symbols drawn by Diana," per TV Guide.
According to CarterMatt, the guest star for the upcoming Grimm episode "The Son Also Rises" is VIk Sakhay, who portrayed Lester Patel in the comedy "Chuck." Not much is known about Sakhay's role, but it was recently revealed that the character's name is Dr. Sanji Raju. The actor has also recently appeared in episodes of "Preacher," "NCIS," and the revival of "The X-Files."
"Grimm" is now in its last season, and the show is giving off a "building towards the end" vibe. Thankfully, the team behind the show is not making any of the episodes stall, instead, tying up loose ends. Fans are also hoping for "an awesome, epic series finale" that is a fitting end to an epic show.
Meanwhile, SyFy Wire has revealed some juicy tidbits from actress Tulloch. It looks like fans are in for some tearjerking episodes. The actress warns, "Hint: Bring boxes of tissues for the final two episodes. They will tear everyone's hearts asunder, and then yes -- it being a show based on fairy tales, I think people will like the way it ends. It's a mostly happy ending (it can't be completely happy -- it is Grimm after all). There are a few things that are slightly open-ended, so it feels like everyone wins."
