Additionally, we could see that Negan did not accompany his gang to come looking for Daryl back then. So, where did he go?

Episode 11 of "The Walking Dead" season 7 has a lot to do with Eugene. We do know that he was taken hostage by Negan and the Saviors after learning about his bullet-making skills. This makes Eugene a very important asset in "The Walking Dead" series. Ammo and food being of topmost priority among the survivors has brought Eugene into a hostile situation.

Fans should also note that Rick is also on the rise to bring down Negan and the Saviors from their ruthless political governance. We saw that he made some new allies (perhaps) who refer themselves as the Scavengers. But, on "The Walking Dead" season 7 episode 11 "Hostiles and Calamities" fans will see Negan visiting Alexandria community once again to deal with the situation. He might not be detecting the soon-to-happen uprising, but who knows what is going to happen at the community.
