Samsung has really shown speed in pushing out the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update and when it came to Samsung Galaxy S2 devices, Samsung went really fast.
Samsung started rolling out the update from Canada, where Rogers became the first carrier to release the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for Samsung Galaxy S2 devices. After that, the company released the update for the Galaxy S2 in the UK, India and then it was release time for devices on Sprint in the U.S.
Now the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update is available for Galaxy S2 devices on T-Mobile. Samsung also gives the Galaxy S2 almost all the Android updates as it was the best-selling Android device in the year 2011.

Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update brings 'Google Now' on Galaxy S2 devices, the feature tells you about the weather, traffic of your city and other things like your train schedule or live scores.
The update has already reached the Galaxy S2 devices in Canada, and users seem to be really happy with the performance of the device after the update.
"I'm in Canada and just got the update last week. The animations are definitely much brighter and smoother. I also have noticed longer battery life," a Galaxy S2 user from Canada said.
The Galaxy S2 comes with a 4.3-inch SUPER AMOLED Plus display and a dual-core Application processor. The smartphone is said to be the device which really gave a boost to Samsung's dream of making a presence in the global smartphone market.
