Will Ellie Goulding find herself as part of the Royal family? Several rumors have it that she is romantically involved with Prince Harry and that they kissed.

The Sun reported that the duo has been sending text messages to each other, prior to attending the Audi Polo Challenge at Coworth Park in Berkshire, England together last month, notes SFGate. According to an alleged in-the-know source, they started out as friends and later developed feelings for each other.

"Harry got Ellie's number a while ago and got in touch," the insider revealed. "They'd always got on very well through their various meetings after she was the wedding singer at Kate and William's wedding reception."

The source continued, saying that they celebrated the evening after the event with some friends but the sources claimed that Prince and the singer were kissing under a blanket.

"He has told friends how much he likes Ellie and she is clearly taken by him," another source close to the Royalties allegedly told the newspaper. Prince Harry and Ellie Goulding are yet to comment on the news.

The 29-year old artist was one the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's wedding singer way back in 2011, reported Telegraph.

"They are an awesome couple and told me how much they enjoyed it," she commented about the Royal couple and wedding. "My band and I stayed at the reception all night, and it's something I'll treasure forever."

She was also present during the Invictus Games 2014 closing ceremony, in which Prince Harry organized. The pop star has just broken up with McFly member Dougie Poynter in March.
