"The Big Bang Theory" season 10 cast headed by its lead stars Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco will try to secure bigger paychecks as they negotiate their latest contracts for the show's latest season.

According to Deadline Hollywood, the series' cast members are rumored to start negotiations with CBS executives very soon and can possibly wrap up the deal before they start filming season 10 in August.

There is a good chance that the "TBBT" gang may just get their wish as the well-loved TV comedy has become a key asset of CBS, netting the network $1.5 million per episode.

In the same way, "The Big Bang Theory" has propelled the careers of its cast members Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco to superstardom, making them household names.

Although "Big Bang" comes from an outside studio not affiliated with the network it airs on - Warner Bros. TV - it is the networks that will shoulder the salary increases for its actors, as they are responsible for picking up the tab for the show's run.

There are speculations that the "TBBT" ensemble might try to leverage and get the best offer from CBS, after they entered "Friends" territory last season after being given a $1 million per episode paycheck.

From all indications, "The Big Bang Theory" season 10 cast members led by Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco will be laughing their way to the bank, as WBTV has a reputation for being proactive, starting talks with their stars early eventually locking multi-year deals with them.

In the meantime, there are rumors that the show's latest season may in fact be its swan song.

This was hinted by the series' show runner Steve Molaro in an earlier interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

"I think so. I can't speak to the future or on behalf of the cast or where we'll be then but it's certainly possible that it could go past that," Molaro told THR.

"The reality is that maybe season 10 is the ending point," he added. "The real answer is I don't know and all I can do right now is go episode to episode and try to make each one the best that we can."

"The Big Bang Theory" season 10, top billed by its stars Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco, will premiere on CBS this Fall.
