"The Young and the Restless" fans are buzzing over the departure of Justin Hartley from the popular soap as his character, Adam Newman, was killed. However, fans can't help but think of bringing the character back with another recast and some have been clamoring to see Michael Muhney in the role.

Sources claimed that the anti-hero Adam is not fated to die since his character has to live longer based on the flow of the storyline of the drama series. Michael Muhney, who was re-casted previously for the role was believed to reappear again and reports suggested a face surgery might be a realistic twist for his comeback.

Moreover, Muhney's tweet made his fans speculate about his potential return in the drama but the actor immediately posted another tweet clarifying he is just referring to an inspiring quote from American marathoner Galen Rupp.

As some reports noted, "The Young and the Restless" has not officially confirmed Michael Muhney back in the series.

In addition, recent spoilers of "The Young and the Restlesss" teased fans that November Sweeps will kick off with the explosive return of Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) to Genoa City.

Reports are rife that new head scribe, Sally Sassman Morina, wants to move forward with the return of Patty Williams. It has been confirmed by a report that the person in the world who knows more about Christina than Sharon (Sharon Case) will be seen again on the screen in few weeks.

It was reported by Soap Opera Digest that Stacy Haiduk has been spotted on the set of "The Young and the Restless" filming as the script for CBS drama was posted on social media listing Patty Williams as part of the storylines. It then led fans to speculate she will come back with a huge shocker.

Since fans are now assured of Patty Williams going back to Genoa City, many fans start to speculate whether Dylan leaves Sharon after the baby secret is exposed. However, they can only wait until the next "The Young and the Restless" next episode is released.
