The latest update on Michael Schumacher's heath condition suggested that he is currently showing signs of progress. This was revealed by ex-Mercedes Chief Executive Ross Brawn.

According to the reports, Schumacher is currently showing promising improvements in his health condition. "There are encouraging signs and we are all praying every day that we see more of them," Brawn told BBC Sport. "All I would say is there is a lot of speculation about Michael's condition, most it's wrong and we just pray and hope every day that we continue to see some progress."

Besides, Brawn also stated that Schumacher's family is carrying out his convalescence in private and he also said that he respects their need for privacy at such crucial moments in life. "All I would say is there is a lot of speculation about Michael's condition," said Brawn, as reported by Telegraph. "Most of its wrong and we just pray and hope every day that we continue to see some progress and that one day we can see Michael out and about and recovered from his terrible injuries."

On the other hand, the last update about Schumacher's health condition was provided by his lawyer Felix Damm in September 2016 to a German court stating that the 47-year-old ex-racer is still not unable to walk on his own.

Earlier in Dec. 2013, Schumacher met a tragic skiing accident wherein he suffered a severe head injury at the French Alps. The F1 superstar was put in a medically induced coma and after around six months in March 2014, his condition was declared to be stable. Reports claimed that he returned to his home in Geneva in September 2014, where he is looked after until today.
