With new and improved devices being launched, most shoppers are excited as well as confused about the choices they have. Today, we thought of having a detailed comparison of two upcoming tablets namely the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and the Google Nexus 7 2016, from what we know so far.

As far as  the launch dates are concerned, the Huawei-built Nexus 7 seems to be ready for launch before year-end .However; the Samsung Tab S3 in all probabilities would be launched in the early quarter of 2017.

Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is anticipated to be powered by Exynos 8890 processor according to Neuro Gadget whereas the Google-Huawei built Nexus 7 tablet is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820.

Looking at the camera perspective, the front camera specs of Nexus 7 is not available .However; it is widely expected to have a 13 MP rear camera. Coming to the Galaxy Tab S3 model, it is likely to feature a 8 MP rear camera and a 2 MP front camera.

All the three tablets are expected to have improved battery capacities than their predecessors. The Google Nexus 7 2016 is expected to come with a massive 5100 mAh battery capacity whereas the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is rumored to have 4000 mAh.

In terms of operating system, PC Advisor reports of the rumors that the Nexus 7 could be running on Andromeda .However considering the timelines, it is possible that Nexus 7 comes with Android Nougat. The Galaxy S3 tablet is expected to be launched with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow though would be later available for Android Nougat upgrades.

The pricing information regarding the tablets is vague though there are reports that Google Nexus 7 would be expensive than the Galaxy Tab 3. Shoppers need to be a little patient  to see the launch of these great devices. Stay tuned for more updates regarding these devices.
