'The Flash' Season 3 Episode 10 Air Date & Updates; New Midseason Trailer Reveals First Look At New Villain
Karen de la CruzWith the most recent trailer of "The Flash" Season 3 which aired on December 21, fans can't wait long until January to figure out what the superhero series has yet to offer them. And with a glimpse of a new villain in the trailer, the latter half of the third season of the DC comic series is sure going to be exhilarating.
Although he only appeared for a brief moment during the trailer of "The Flash" Season 3 Episode 10, Jared Morillo a.k.a Plunder can be seen stealing a mysterious item from a glass case, using a high-tech rifle. He appears to be a one-off villain to be used as a plot device to drive a wedge between Barry and Wally
Jared Morillo, a detective with a knack for marksmanship, has a doppelganger named Plunder on an alternate Earth who uses that skill for personal gain. The trailer doesn't make it very clear as to which Earth this version of Morillo hails from. Considering the fact that Morillo appears to be stealing something during his quick shot in the trailer of "The Flash" Season 3, it seems safe to assume that the always quick-witted Cisco will probably coin the name Plunder at some point.
As for the plot of Season 3, episode 10 of "The Flash," Barry (Grant Gustin) is left with no choice but to tell Iris (Iris Patton) what he saw in the future after Iris confronted him about her gut feeling that there's something Barry is not telling her. Barry reveals to his girlfriend in the time vault inside S.T.A.R. Labs that the future has changed and he saw his girlfriend murdered by Savitar (Andre Tricoteux).
Barry also tells the rest of Team Flash about what he saw in the future so they could help make sure that Savitar won't end up stabbing Iris to death. For his first attempt to change the future, Barry teams up with Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) in "The Flash" Season 3 Episode 10 to catch Jared Morillo, a.k.a. Plunder.
Find out how Episode 10 unfolds as "The Flash" Season 3 returns on The CW from its midseason break on Tuesday, January 24 at 8 p.m. EST. Stay tuned here at Mobile & Apps for more updates.
