“Arrow” Season 5 Episode 11 will reportedly feature Oliver’s meeting with the daughter of his future archenemy. As seen on the recently revealed promotional photos for the upcoming February 1 episode, Talia Al Ghul offered to help Oliver in his mission of taking down Constantin Kovar. However, after she revealed what she wants to get in return, Oliver might not be in agreement.

There has been very little information regarding this new “Arrow” Season 5 character. Showrunner Wendy Mericle revealed to TV Line that they have prepared a “pretty cool storyline” for the character. “I am actually really excited about where it takes her,” she said. “It is basically tied to Oliver’s past in Russia.”

This team-up with Talia will also be the key to “figuring out who Prometheus is.” Talia might be a new character on “Arrow” Season 5, but Mericle has revealed that she will be a “crucial part” of the plot to take down Prometheus.

It was also recently revealed that “The Flash” will be featured in yet another crossover on “Arrow” Season 5. EP Marc Guggenheim confirmed on social media that the upcoming episode will feature the “fastest crossover” that they have ever done. It would seem that the Scarlet Speedster will be in and out of Star City in just the blink of an eye.

The image that Guggenheim shared shows an unknown police officer with Barry right behind him. Barry looks like he is sticking a post-it on the computer screen on the said officer’s desk. Considering that this particular crossover will be extremely fast, it is expected that The Flash will not even have the chance to say anything at all. Guggenheim has yet to confirm if Felicity was the one who called him for his help on something, or if he made his way to Star City on his own terms - which could possibly be related to Diggle’s court case.
