"Arrow" Season 5 is packed with lots of action this year as more familiar villains are set to come back according to new spoilers. Following Laurel Lance' surprising reappearance, three more women who are apparently adversaries of Oliver Queen will return in Star City on "Arrow" Season 5 Episode 14. Apart from returning villains, Oliver's past is also coming back to haunt him as the said episode will see his arrest for Detective Billy Malone's death.

"Arrow" Season 5 Episode 14 will reportedly see the comebacks of Carrie Cutter, also known as Cupid, and her backup team China White and Liza Warner. The three villains apparently met each other in Iron Heights and they have spent their time to plot sweet vengeance on Green Arrow, Fansided reported. After figuring out a way to escape the prison cell, the trio will head to Star City and execute their plan to exact revenge on Oliver.

The mayor of Star City, however, will not just let this pass. The Green Arrow will purportedly work a way to get the women into custody but things will take a different turn when the ACU intervenes. Apparently, the ACU will arrest Oliver because of his involvement on the death of Felicity Smoak's deceased boyfriend, Malone.

Meanwhile, Quentin Lance is back on Episode 12 of "Arrow" Season 5 as pointed out by a report by Mic and he will also be highlighted on Episode 14. Apparently, Lance may have played a part in the break out of the villainous trio. If he feels guilty about it, could he do something to help push Cupid, White and Warner away from Star City?

"Arrow" Season 5 airs every Wednesday nights on The CW. Don't forget to catch your favorite show at 8 p.m. Eastern! In the meantime, share us your thoughts about the returning villains in the hit DC superhero series below.
