"Days of Our Lives" spoilers for Jan. 3 - 6 reveals steamy scenes and complicated relationships. In particular, Chad is torn between his wife Abigail and current flame Gabi.

Apparently, things got more difficult for Chad when Abigail, whom he thought was already dead, suddenly showed up and at an awkward moment at that too. It can be recalled that Abigail decided to finally let her husband know that she is alive and turned up when Chad was having a passionate kiss with Gabi.

Abigail's sudden appearance in "Days of Our Lives" did not just hurt Chad but Gabi as well. This is because, there was already "something" going on between them when the "missing wife" appeared all of a sudden. Chad felt betrayed that Abigail kept him in the dark and allowed him to suffer when she is actually all healthy and well.

At any rate, although Chad is still mad at Abby, the recent "Days of Our Lives" spoilers indicated that he will not be able to resist his wife. During the New Year's toast, Abby is determined to get her life back with Chad so she made some moves to recapture his heart.

Chad warmed up a bit and Abby took the chance to kiss her husband. The New Year's Eve drink led to the bed as Chad gave in to his wife's coaxing. Needless to say, the couple ended up spending the night enveloped in passion.

However, after they made love, it appears that something starts to bother Chad. First of all, he never imagined that he will be intimately involved again to his wife, at least not at a fast rate like this, when he has not fully recovered yet from Abigail's betrayal.

Additionally, the upcoming "Days of Our Lives" episodes showed that Abigail will be on her guard versus Gabi. Abby felt threatened because Chad was already moving on with Gabi when she got into the picture, so her goal is to prove to her husband that she is still the best choice for him.

On "Days of Our Lives" Twitter page, NBC tweeted, "In the new year, who will Chad's heart belong to - Gabi or Abigail?" Chad is the only one who can decide, and viewers will see the answer on this week's episodes.

Jade and Joey

Elsewhere, according to Soap Hub, right after the New Year's Eve festivity, Jade and Joey ended up in the hospital after the former suffered miscarriage. They were devastated but they have to deal with the shocking turn of events.

Stefano is Alive

Finally, Rafe finally broke the news to Hope that Stefano is alive. Hope could not believe it because she was sure she shot him multiple times which led to his death. Shane and Rafe will then go around to trace Stefano and confirm he is not dead like what everyone believes.
