'Pokemon Sun and Moon' Sequel Allegedly Coming To Nintendo Switch Including 20 More New Pokemons

The "Pokemon Sun and Moon" has been one of the biggest game released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2016. Now that the Nintendo Switch is coming, most of the Pokemon fans are wondering if the latest Pokemon game or any Pokemon game is also coming to the console.

WWG reports that The Pokemon Company was rumored to be working on a sequel to "Pokemon Sun and Moon" for the Nintendo Switch last Novemeber. Then just last week, a video game journalist and critic named Laura Dale, who has a verified reddit account, gave out some possible details for the release of the new Pokemon game during the Reddit AMA.

Dale reported that the sequel will be entitled "Pokemon Stars" and will feature at least 20 new Pokemon that were never seen in the "Pokemon Sun and Moon" in the Nintendo 3DS. She pointed out that Tom Phillips from Eurogamer, who originally reported the new Pokemon game and didn't figure out that there will be new Pokemon coming.

Dale then commented on how the Pokemon fan base would react on buying a new console in order for them to obtain the new Pokemon on their Pokedex. Take note! that there are still no official word or confromations from the Pokemon Company or commenting on the said rumors of the "Pokemon Sun and Moon" sequel.

However, Game Freak director Junichi Masuda was positive on the possibility of a Pokemon Game coming to Nintendo Switch which he said in an interview with the Spanish website MeriStation. "Without a doubt, the Nintendo Switch is the future, but we'll have to wait until it comes out on the market and study how Pokémon can benefit from it," Masuda said.
