After re-injuring his hamstring, Jeremy Lin still remains sidelined during the games of the Brooklyn Nets. His team is hoping he will recover soon as the Nets desperately need him on their side.

Jeremy Lin's braided bobblehead

The Linsanity star even missed this week's game where his bobblehead was given away. Lin's bobblehead also showcased his unique braided hairdo which was just one of the many hairstyles he introduced in the NBA.

His personalized item was given away by the team to celebrate the Taiwanese culture that Lin is very much proud of. The point guard was born in the United States but has his roots in China and Taiwan.

Houston coach Mike D'Antoni even gave a funny remark on how Lin was depicted in his bobblehead. "With the hairdo? So you can change the hair any way you want it?" he added.

Losing to the Rockets

Though the Nets was hoping to do a better job in their past game, they still lost to the Rockets with a 137-112 final score. Lin could have been a big help to the team but his hamstring injury has limited his participation this season.

His teammates has also not able to capitalize with the talent they have on the team. The Nets has also showed basketball fans that they lack defense and could usually be careless with their play giving their opponents the chance to score more points.

When will he return?

With 27 games missed due to his injury, fans are hoping Linc could recover already and help the struggling Nets win some games. However, there is still no clear timeline on his return as the team is not rushing his recovery.

Lin has earlier said that he hopes to back on the court in a week or two noting that he is strictly following what doctors tell him to do. He also claimed that he is doing better now in terms of recovery saying it is faster compared to his previous injury.
