Vivo V5 Plus Highlights, Specs, Review: Dual Front-Facing Cameras Entice Users? There’s More To This Smartphone Consumers Must Know!
Lei AlbaVivo V5 Plus is now available in Asian countries and reports claimed that its dual front-facing cameras are the main highlights of the device. With its promise to deliver richer and impressive selfie portraits, the new flagship smartphone from Vivo sports 20-megapixel and 8-megapixel front cameras. But Vivo V5 Plus specs has a lot more to offer, so here's what consumers could expect when they get their hands on the new mobile device.
Dubbed as a selfie-centric smartphone, the two front cameras of Vivo V5 Plus work together to produce higher quality self-images with bokeh effects, Digital Trends reported. Apart from improved selfies, the mobile phone also features a "Selfie Spotlight" option that is useful in dimly-lit areas. The "Selfie Spotlight" is said to lighten the subject with the use of its selfie flash module that implements a soft light fill without overdoing the lightening effect.
Moving on to other Vivo V5 Plus specs, the device has a sharp and bright 5.5-inch IPS display, thanks to its Full-HD screen resolution. Speaking of the screen, it offers good touch sensitivity and color saturation while the smartphone's display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5, NDTV reported. The device doesn't have a color correction setting but its screen turns amber when it shifts to eye-protection mode.
More Vivo V5 Plus specs include Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor with 4GB RAM and non-expandable 64GB storage capacity. It runs through Funtouch OS 3.0, an operating system based on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1. What's interesting is even though Vivo V5 Plus processor and OS are not the latest in the market, the smartphone reportedly delivers smooth multitasking experience without animation stuttering.
Vivo V5 Plus also embeds a fingerprint technology that quickly authenticates users and can also be utilized in unlocking system apps. As for the price point, the smartphone is apparently not available in the United States yet but the current price tag is $410 outside the country. Consumers who prefer to import may need to pay an additional cost.
