'Young Justice' Season 3: Jason Spisak Reprising His Role as Kid Flash When Series Returns?

In November 2016, Warner Bros. and DC officially confirmed that "Young Justice" season 3 had started its production with returning producers Greg Weisman and Brandon Vietti although it's unclear which network it will be aired. There have been no words as well whether or not the main cast will return for their roles.

Khary Payton who plays the role of King Ezekiel in "The Walking Dead," has also confirmed that he is making a comeback in "Young Justice" season 3 for his role as Kaldur'ahm (Aqualad) and according to a report, another actor has also teased of his return in the animated series. Jason Spisak tweeted a clip of the upcoming animated movie "Teen Titans: The Judas Contract" where he is reprising his role as Wally West and it did sound like he is also doing the same in "Young Justice" season 3 as Kid Flash.

"A tiny taste of Wally...for those who can't wait for #YJSeason3," reads Spisak's Twitter post. The post seems to be really interesting as Kid Flash was seemingly killed in "Young Justice" season 2 finale where he disappeared into an energy wave when he joined the Flash and Impulse in an attempt to restrain an explosion of the alien bomb through the use of their super speed.

Since Kid Flash was actually slower than the others, he started drawing off the excess energy from the weapon and then vanished away. So, if Spisak is indeed returning in "Young Justice" season 3, it will certainly address the fate of Kid Flash, where fans have speculated that his death would be reversed and it could be that he entered the Speed Force or was being dispatched to another reality.

Critically acclaimed, "Young Justice" was a fan-favorite animated series, which features a massive DC Comics Universe characters with gorgeous animation and character design. It textured, rich and long-form storytelling have been positively reviewed.
