iPhone 7 To Be An Improved iPhone 6S?
Eve CesistaA new Leak about the much-anticipated iPhone 7 revealed that it might have similar size as its predecessor iPhone 6S, and hinted the new handset will not have antenna lines on its rear case and Smart Connector.
The supposed sketch, which is shown via French website NWE, also reveals the alleged size of the mobile device as 138.3mm (5.44 inches) length and 6.71mm (2.64 inches) width, noticeably the same with the current flagship handset.
The sketch is said to be consistent because the previous drawings reportedly revealed a 5.5-inch device with seemingly same dimensions. But more than that, the information translated by Macrumors unveils that the next Apple smartphone could have a larger sensor or a "nearly flush camera cutout."
The website also noted that the iPhone 7 could perhaps include a 3.5mm headphone jack, a smart connector, and dual-lens camera system, touch-sensitive home button, waterproof and dust proof, repositioned antenna bands, stereo speakers, wireless charging, and a slightly larger battery.
As for the release date, the website went on to speculate as well that the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus might be out in September. The latest news appears to be positive for some loyal Apple consumer, but Forbes left a big question stating if the new device will be the answer to the company's continuous sales decline.
The answer may be a "No," but the Cupertino-based company might still have ample time to come up with the surprises that the users will be excited upon. As far as the upgrade is concerned, the tech titan is rumored to launch the all-glass iPhone 8 next year so stay tuned for more updates about that.
Furthermore, this is going to mark the 10th anniversary of original iPhone so it might add more sentimental value on the next flagship phone. In the meantime, Apple enthusiasts can only expect high-quality specs and features from the upcoming iPhone 7.
