The latest reports on the Apple's two new tablets i.e. iPad Air 3 and iPad Mini 5 suggests that they might release along with the company's another highly-anticipated device, iPhone 7. There reports that the launch event is expected to take place in a major Apple's special event in September 2016. The speculations are doing the rounds on the internet as the two devices were not released during the recent event of the company.
The iPad Mini 5 and iPad Air 3 might also find a release date during the WWDC conference in June 2016. But, few analysts have claimed that the Apple might think of playing big this year with the launch of three highly-anticipated devices in a row in the same month.
With all the release date rumors of the iPad Air 3 and iPad Mini 5 tablets, there are reports that this year's iPad Air launch will be the final one from the company. It is reported that the company is planning to shift their focus on the iPad Pro and MacBook Pro line and thus will stop manufacturing iPad Air series. There are no such reports on the iPad Mini-series and for now, the product seems to be in the safe zone.
Besides, iTechPost reported some specs and features of the much-awaited iPad Air 3 and iPad Mini 5 tablets to be released this year. There are reports that the iPad Air 3 will consist of four speakers with extra powerful inbuilt sound technology. It will also be 6.1mm thick as per the reports and would also consist of A10 processor with iOS 10 update. It is also reported that the iPad Air 3 device will showcase a 3D touchscreen similar to the iPad Pro tablet.
On the other hand, iPad Mini 5 will boast a slimmer design than its predecessor, reported IB Times. There are reports that the latest version of Mini tablet will consist of pre-installed iOS 10. The iPad Mini 5 will also feature a 3D-touch technology with the Apple Pencil.
In the meantime, there has been no official announcement by Apple on the same and the update on iPad Air 3 and iPad Mini 5 remains in the dark.
