"The Blacklist" left the viewers with a major cliffhanger at the end of Season 3, that is why many are excited about what could happen in Season 4 and speculations have it that Elizabeth "Liz" Keen could fall in love with Raymond "Red" Reddington. 

Warning: This article might contain spoilers so read at your own risk. James Spader, who plays the lead role hinted about a love affair during his interview with Entertainment Weekly.

"He's not insensitive to the fact of what she's going through in her life right now and he's aware of her knowledge of his feelings about all of it, and he's made that plain,"  the actor said. "I think he would have an understanding of what led to this."

Game N Guide noted that the rumors about a possible relationship have been present for quite some time. The website believes that Liz (Megan Boone) will finally realize Red's intention after declining his offers for several times.

The outlet also reported that Liz and Tom Keen will not be together in Season 4. It is assumed that they will have a rollercoaster relationship on the next season, thus paving a way to a higher possibility that she could end up with Red. 

The show is expected to return to television this fall. On the other hand, it has been reported as well that Tom Keen will have its own series. Details about it very soon.
