Some reports have also claimed that if users want their device to have excellent features, they should go with the Galaxy S7 Edge. But, if the users require a budget-friendly phone, then they should opt for the recently launched OnePlus 3 smartphone.
Tech Times reported that both the devices, OnePlus 3 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, are mostly similar with just a few differentiating factors. OnePlus 3 is being stated as a flagship killer device with high-end specs for the low price. Whereas, the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is reported to be the beast smartphone of the year with outstanding specs and features.
Furthermore, OnePlus 3 sports a simple design with a rounded home button and a fingerprint scanner on it. BGR reported that the design of Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is also quite similar to that of the OnePlus 3 smartphone. But, the Samsung device is stated to have a perfect display panel as compared to the OnePlus 3. Both the smartphones are reported to have 4K video resolution capability.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge boasts a 5.1-inch screen with QHD AMOLED display and 2,560 x 1,440 pixels resolution. Tech Times reported that the Samsung device has the capability to display more vibrant colors and is considered to have an energy-efficient screen. On the other hand, OnePlus 3 has a 5.5-inch screen with QHD display and 1080 pixels resolution functionality.
Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge features 4GB RAM with 32 GB and 64 GB storage options. The device also features 12-megapixels rear camera and 5-pixels front snapper, reported The Verge. Even though it lacks a bit in the camera department as compared to the OnePlus 3 device, the Galaxy S7 Edge is reported to have a great battery of 3600 mAh with long-lasting battery life.
On the other hand, the OnePlus 3 boasts of 6 GB RAM capacity with 32 GB and 64bGB storage options. The device features 16-megapixels camera with 8-megapixels front snapper. The OnePlus smartphone is reported to consist of 3000 mAh battery power.
Both the smartphones, OnePlus 3 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, are powered by the Android 6.0.1 Marshmellow operating system with great internal OS applications.
