Activision and game developer Treyarch continue to surprise "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" players with new a bunch of DLCs along with latest updates to be released in 2016.

New expansions mean extra download storage for those who would continue their journey in the military-inspired first shooter video game. Video Games Blogger shared a full list of details on the contents' release dates depending on their platforms, according to Hall of Fame Magazine.

The information includes Map Pack #3 on July 21 for both PC and Xbox One. Another one dubbed as Map Pack #4 will be out by August 23 for PS4, followed by its availability on PC and Xbox One on Sept. 22.

Meanwhile, "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" developers have started integrating half of the DLCs such as "Awakening" and "Eclipse" into the game. The latest expansions have opened up four new maps in the game play including "Hijack" and featured a new mode of zombies.

Furthermore, four Origins characters will be available to be played in the game, namely Dempsey, Nikolai, Richtofen, and Takeo along with a mission to explore a facility where deposits of Element 115 were stored.

The game has also released their 1.11 latest update, which featured a lot of changes. Gamers can play as "Blackjack" in the Black Market to do mercenary jobs, however these can only be unlocked once they completed missions given from Weekly and Daily contracts.

These contracts will give them the ability to use skills as a mercenary for an hour and will have the option to choose between being a Gambler, who acquires random ability that can be essential during the task or a Rogue, who gains power for it weapons as his kill rate increases, reported Neurogadget.

On the other hand, aside from releasing new DLC for the players, a Double Weapon XP event in the game had commenced on Friday, June 17 and will run until Father's Day weekend.

The goal focus will be set it increasing the players' weaponry level and along the progress of the game, XP can be earned and use to rank up faster than normal. The event will be available until Monday 1 PM Eastern or 10 AM Pacific.
