In the upcoming premiere of "Suits" Season 6 on July 13, Mike Ross will be trading his two - piece suit for prison blues.

Notably, in the season 5 finale, the smooth - talker, with a photographic memory, portrayed by Patrick J. Adams was sentenced to two years for fraud. Mike (the onscreen character), was practicing law without a degree for past five years.

Adams, during a New York City event premiere mentioned that he doesn't mind if his character is thrown behind the bars.

"We've been building for five seasons towards somebody having to face the music for this secret that they had been keeping. So I think it was really brave of them -- and good for the show -- to just change it up that much and to not run away," he said Thursday night, reported ABC News.

Additionally, with Mike Ross in this situation, and Harvey Specter resigning from the Pearson Specter Litt Firm in season 5,  the promo teaser for season 6 shows both the characters playing their role and ready to take back the game.

"We all know I got us into this mess. It's time I got us out of this", says Harvey in the 30-second teaser released days ago.

Meanwhile, TV Guide emphasized the word 'mess' as an understatement that will go down from the Pearson Specter Litt Law Firm, which karma seems to have caught up with their antics.

Thus, it will be an intense season when the "Suits" comes back in an on point challenge starting with Mike's 2 years prison statement.

In addition, something to watch out on Suits Season 6 is Rachel Zane (Meghan Markle) who will be featured on a different story after his separation from Mike going to prison, Suits Spoiler

Moreover, actress Carly Pope, who has been recognized for her character Sam McPherson in the series "Popular", will be appearing for a guest role in episode 4 as Tara Messer.

Viewers can catch more of the storyline and plot when "Suits" premieres on July 13.
