In this room, you would need to flood the locker room with water to reset the power panel.

Check the two sinks under the fan that says "Spin." Drain the sink on the right. Pick up the hairdryer next to the sinks.

Open the lockers behind you, three of them do not have locks, and one of these unlocked lockers contain a power plug. Combine this with the hairdryer in your inventory and use it to spin the fan on the wall above the sinks. The words "violet, white, blue, red" will appear.

Use this color combination to unlock the locker with the four buttons. Inside is a coin and a remote control.

Go to the panel on the left side of the lockers and activate it by plugging the left side cable. Use the coin to remove the panel and turn the left switch on.

In the middle of the bathroom floor you will find a drain lid. Use the remote control to open the lid and drain the water. Get the round piece inside the drain.

Go back to the power panel and press the right switch back on. The drain lid will show a set of numbers: 5, 4, 1, 2, 9, 7, 6, 3, 8.

Go back to the locker with the nine button keypad and press the buttons according to the order written on the drain lid. Solve the dragon puzzle by aligning the panels, after which you'll obtain the screwdriver.

Use the screwdriver to open the panel on the tank, which is hidden behind the second shower door from the left. Insert the round piece inside the hole where the panel used to be. Grab the C-shaped piece and go back to the power panel. Insert the C-shaped piece on the right side.

Open the first shower door from the left and take the bucket. (Sigma will put it on his head.)

Go to the first shower room from the right this time, get Sigma to take off the bucket from his head and fill it up with water from the faucet. Bring the bucket to the sinks and empty the water on the right sink. Check the left sink for a key.

Get the hose inside the shower room with the glass-door. Go back to the far right shower door and unscrew the shower head using the screwdriver. Connect the hose from here to the music box inside one of the lockers.

Check the drawer, and the room will start flooding. Close the drain lid using the remote control and go inside the glass shower room. Watch the room fill up with water.

Once that's done, go back to the power panel and press the reset button.
