After months of being rumored that they are already heading for divorce, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are back in the headlines again allegedly because of Jennifer Aniston.

Why has the name of the 52-year-old actor's ex-wife been dragged into the issue? Is the 41-year-old actress mad at the 47-year-old former "Friends" star? What could be the reason behind it?

According to the latest issue of "In Touch Weekly" magazine, the parents-of-six are allegedly back to "explosive fights" anew because the actress reportedly learned that her husband communicated with his former spouse. 

"It was their first moment in months without the kids or staff around," a source reportedly dished about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. "Angie thought a good one-on-one conversation would enable them to finally catch up on their lives."

"Then, Brad casually mentioned that he'd reached out to Jen to send his sympathy after her mom passed away in May," the unnamed source added. "He didn't think it was a big deal."

Amid what happened, the informant continued to disclose that it did not sit well with "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" star. And the thought that they have reunited allegedly got her "furious."

"To Angie, it was akin to Brad dropping a nuclear bomb," the source said.

However, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie seemed enjoying their Fourth of July when spotted buying some supplies in Los Angeles together with children Shilo, Know and Vivience.

The Daily Mail UK reported that despite their hectic schedule, filming and doing charity works, the couple made sure that they were with each other when celebrating the American Independence Day.

It can be noted that the "Maleficent" actress has been based in London for her philanthropy commitment, while her husband's hands have been full filming for "War Machine" and the "World War Two" drama.
