Pokemon GO was released in the US early this week, the servers of this smartphone game have crashed for several days due to unexpected numerous downloads.
The augmented reality game has so far only been released in the US, Australia and New Zealand. Game Spot claimed that the mobile game is "coming soon to Canada, Europe, and South America."

Less than a week since it was launched, gamers appeared to disappointed with "Pokemon Go" as servers have reportedly been going down from time to time.
For a game that needs its players to be always online, it is definitely frustrating for gamers to experience such especially with the number of months that they have been kept dreaming for the augmented reality game to finally arrive.
In fact, several trainers of pocket monsters took to Twitter to air out their disappointment.
"When you go outside and #PokemonGo servers are down," wrote Kelly (@Meandaenie), while Ry (@rylieweidhaas) stated, "I'm so addicted to #PokemonGo that I actually get into a bad mood when the servers are down lol."
Another Pokemon trainer, Gamer Humor (@GamepIay), hinted about how frustrating it is "When you go across town to dominate a gym & the servers are down. #PokemonGO."
According to Pokemon Go News, some gamers have informed them that they been successful in logging onto the "Pokemon Go" servers, however, "it's still down for the majority of people."
As explained Forbes, the reported frustrating scenario can be attributed to the fact that the players might have overloaded the servers causing them to shut down.
Amid this situation, what could have been the move of Nintendo and The Pokemon Company?
The companies behind "Pokemon Go" have yet to comment about the issue on their servers frequently shutting down.
It can be recalled that on Wednesday, the official Twitter account of the game assured fans that their team is looking at it.
"Due to the incredible number of #PokemonGO downloads, some Trainers may experience sign-up difficulties. Don't worry, our team is on it!" Niantic posted.
"The enthusiastic response to the launch of Pokémon GO has been tremendous and inspiring. We're aware of the server issues that our players have been experiencing and are working around the clock to resolve them as soon as possible," the Pokemon said in a statement on Friday.
Despite this assurance, though, it seemed that the issue has not been resolved yet since several gamers have continuously complained about it.
Hopefully, the servers will be able to handle the traffic soon and would finally stop from shutting down so that "Pokemon Go" trainers can finally enjoy the game without interruption.
