Amid speculations linking the "Descendants of the Sun" lead stars romantically, a new report hinted that the 34-year-old actress could be preparing for marriage already.

Could there be truth to this?

The rumors started when it was learned that the South Korean actress has been reportedly buying a number of properties lately.

Based on tvN's report, as cited by Soompi, one of the major investments she has is her luxury condo in New York City that overlooks the Central Park which allegedly costs around US$867,050 USD.

Back in February this year, the Philippine Daily Inquirer reported that she just purchased a US$7.5 million house in Hyundai residential, or the so-called "The Beverly Hills of Seoul."

Meanwhile, Soompi shared in a separate report that Song Joong Ki was vocal in revealing his desire to still act and work with Song Hye Kyo even three decades from now.

"Even 30 years later, I want to act in an age-appropriate role. I will be less popular, and there will most likely be less roles available [to me], but I think that I will be able to act well according to my age," he said. "I want to continue to act in the future."

The 30-year-old actor even continued saying, "If she's okay with it, I would want to act with Song Hye Kyo 30 years from now as well."

So far, Song Hye Kyo has yet to comment about Song Joong Ki's statement.
