The official synopsis for episode 52 of "Dragon Ball Super" has been released. While the descriptions do no hint at any upcoming death, they definitely offer few clues on what's in store in the series.

The upcoming episode 52 is entitled "Master and Pupil Reunion: Son Gohan and Future Trunks." Latest reports claimed that the much-awaited 52nd episode of "Dragon Ball Super" will focus more on Bulma, Trunks, and Gohan. Recently, Toei Animation dropped a 46-second sneak peek of the episode which features Goku introducing himself to the group.

"Bulma hurries to repair the time machine and comprehend its energy," the plot summary for the episode reads, according to Breathe Cast. "Meanwhile, the Trunks from the future goes to meet Gohan, who had been his master in the world of the future. However, Trunks is bewildered to find that the Gohan who shows up is completely different than the one he knew."

With the latest revelation of Gohan being a scholar in the present time and presumably the master of Future Trunks later on, speculations are rife that the former may be the person who will finally defeat Black Goku. It is said that Future Trunks will join forces with Gohan in defeating Black Goku since the former is the only Saiyan without a fusion partner.

Adding fuel to the fire, several fan theories suggest that both Goku Black and Future Trunks are actually from universe 10, according to a number of reports. The rumors began after "Dragon Ball Super" previous episode 51, which aired on July 10, hinted that the former hails from universe 10.

In the event that such speculations turn out to be true, then Goku Black could partake in the Universal Tournament, a contest that the King of Everything, Zeno, arranged. While nothing is impossible, it is best to take these speculations with a grain of salt.
