Teens, Cellphone and Contract for Use!

Teenagers demand for a mobile phone and there is nothing wrong in that. Obviously, when they enter adolescents, they look for ways to expand their social circle, make new friends, get acquainted with the rising trends and nonetheless have their own private space. But is that something you can allow them?
