'FIFA 17' Gets An Advantage Over 'PES 2017' With New Teams

EA seems to be upping their game as "FIFA 17" just made a move that may even the odds between it and "PES 2017."

Feast Magazine reported that FIFA just signed up with the German team Bayern Munich. This is an incremental advantage over "PES 2017" as "FIFA 17" gets dibs on re-imagining the Allianz Arena as well as the entire team inclusion.

News outlet The Drum also reported that EA Sports also extended its reaches with their new sponsorship with Premier League. This lets "FIFA 17" and future iterations to get more access to the league.

The deal between the companies will cover the entire 2016-17 to 2018-19 seasons. This will also provide "FIFA 17" on-screen branding in the league's broadcasts. The company will also sponsor the Player of The Month and Player of the Season awards.

Richard Masters, The Premier League's managing director, made a statement about how EA Sports and Premier League will be working together:

"EA Sports are recognized the world over for the hugely popular Fifa game series, which millions of Premier League fans engage with every day, making them a great fit to be Lead Partner of the League."

"This partnership will allow EA Sports to collaborate even more with the League and the clubs, and to be part of the interest and excitement around the competition, both through their fantastic games and the association with the Premier League that this agreement brings." he added.

"FIFA 17" is scheduled to be released this coming September 27 on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Windows, and iOS mobile platform.
