'Pokémon GO' Tricks & Tips: Get The Most Powerful Pokémon Using This Evolution Calculator

The "Pokémon GO" craze continues. Now, a new Evolution Calculator tool for the augmented-reality game can help you get the most powerful Pokémon.

The "Pokémon GO" Evolution Calculator advises players the best time to evolve their respective Pokémon by ascertaining its present combat power (CP). By doing this, players will have a further idea which Pokemon to keep for trades and breeding based on their maximum CP potential.

"This tool predicts what the Pokémon will evolve into based on the provided Combat Power and the multipliers gathered from the community," the creators of the "Pokémon GO" Toolkit website explain, as quoted by BGR.

It is worth noting that when players evolve a Pokémon, its CP and HP are multiplied. Generally, the stronger the original Pokemon is, the higher its CP and HP will be.

"This is useful for deciding whether the evolved Pokémon you have is stronger or weaker than the one you have now," the creator added. "Determining if the evolved Pokémon will be a higher Combat Power is also useful for saving candies by avoiding having to test the evolution."

For instance, if players have a Charmander Pokémon with 500 CP, they can input that number into the calculator and click "Evolve." The first evolution of Charmeleon Pokemon could have anywhere in the range of 82-850 CP, while 1402-1521 CP for its third evolution, dubbed Charizard.

It is said that "Pokémon GO" Evolution Calculator is one of the best alternatives for players after the well-known third party stat tracking website, PokéAdvisor, suddenly went down. Game developer, Niantic, blocked the access to the servers of the  said tracking website, Morning Ledger reported.

Aside from that, there is another Android app that can keep tabs on players' development called GoStats. The said app enables users to see basic IV, including the catch rate, weaknesses, moves, battle won and lost, and the Pokémon's evolution.
