Nintendo NX News: E3 Absence, 2017 Release Date Worth The Wait?

With the anticipated release of the Nintendo NX in March 2017, what are the exciting things to look forward to?

As gaming console developers like Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony have levelled up the way games are played, a new vision has been adopted.

Considering this, they are bound to come out with more powerful considers as they strengthen 4K gaming and virtual reality.

In an interview with AP, "Super Mario" and "Donkey Kong" creator Shigeru Miyamoto teased on how they intend to develop the Nintendo NX as its release date is finally happening soon.

"In terms of NX, there's an idea that we're working on," he shared through a Japanese translator. "That's why we can't share anything at this point, and I don't want to comment on the other companies. If it was just a matter of following advancements in technology, things would be coming out a lot quicker."

While the company was expected to announce the highly-anticipated gaming system at the E3 in June, and Miyamoto explained why it did not happen.

"Normally we would've shown the #NX at #E3, but we didn't. We're worried about imitators if we release info too early," he told NStyle

As fans continue to wait for the release of Nintendo NX, IGN UK reported that based on the comment of Ubisoft chief executive officer Yves Guillemot pointed out that what he has seen was "really great."

"We think having a new machine coming is going to help the industry to continue to grow, and to take lots more casual players back to the industry," he said.

Ubisoft has already announced that it will introduce "Just Dance 2017" in the upcoming device from Nintendo.

In the meantime, Gematsu reported that "Dragon Quest XI" will be part of the Nintendo NX games.

"Dragon Quest" series creator Yuji Horii divulged that the game will be available on Nintendo NX by May 27, 2017, two months after the device's release.
