Tensions will continue to escalate in the upcoming episode of "Dragon Ball Super." Latest spoilers and predictions suggest that the 58th episode will heavily revolve around Zamasu and Black Goku's deep mystery.

'Dragon Ball Super' Episode 57 Recap

The 57th episode of "Dragon Ball Super," which aired on Sept. 4, Sunday, began with Future Zamasu standing next to Goku Black, who was in his Super Saiyan Rose structure. Hence, Son Goku concluded that the two are allies, but the former rectified him stating they are related spirits.

Together, Goku Black and Future Zamasu drove Son Goku into a corner, with the latter exclaiming that Son Goku is his prey. However, Goku Black commented that his body has a powerful urge to kill Son Goku that he cannot conflict with.

As the two antagonists prepare to attack Son Goku, they were hindered by Future Trunks, who was in his Super Saiyan 2 form. In the intense battle, Future Zamasu and Goku Black overwhelmed Son Goku and Future Trunks, after Goku Black charged a Black Kamehameha from behind them.

With this, Future Yajirobe spared Son Goku and Future Trunks lives by dragging them both back to the base of Earth's Resistance. Goku Black and Future Zamasu then spotted the time machine with beaten Future Trunks, Vegeta, and Son Goku in it. They try to intercept it but are too late.

'Dragon Ball Super' Episode 58 Spoilers

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 58, dubbed "Zamasu and Black - Two People's Mystery Deepens," might reveal the reason why Zamasu and Goku Black have allied with each other. Aussie News Network believed that the upcoming episode will explain how the two characters became partners in crime.

Gojiitaaf, known in the realm of "Dragon Ball Super" for sharing episode spoilers, recently published the synopsis for the upcoming episode on Facebook. It is said "Dragon Ball Super" episode 58 will begin with the Supreme Kai, Beerus and Whis treating Son Goku, Vegeta and Future Trunks' injuries using the Senzu Beans.

Son Goku will presumably inform everyone that he badly wants to return to the future immediately, stressing that his fighting spirit is still intact. The synopsis also teased at the present Zamasu, who is on the hunt for the secret of the Dragon Balls.

"Zamasu is searching for the secret of the Dragon Balls," the synopsis reads. "Present Zamasu heads to Zuno to ask about the Super Dragon Balls. While threatening Zuno and waiting for the answer, he also asks about Goku."

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 58 is slated to air on Sept. 11.
