'Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location' News, Theories: Will It Be The Hardest And Most Rewarding Game In The Series?

Staff Reporter

Just 26 days away from the release date, "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location" is going to be released. With the hype it caused for months, will it be the best game in the series or let alone, be the most challenging? Here's a number of analysis and theories.

Every single "Five Nights at Freddy's" game is challenging and hard enough, especially for those who can't play games that are too scary. With the upcoming "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location," rules may be broken as spinoff games usually do the same. Will it be the hardest among the rest?

Map Layout

The first factor to make the game harder than the rest would be the map layout.

As seen in the video above, the layout of the map shows a cross shaped with the control module in the middle. There's no telling yet if the dreaded animatronics can come from any of the four direction.

If they do, this will be a significant difficulty factor compared with the first game where the player only have to defend themselves from two locations, which are east and west doors. Same goes with the second one.

The third game was deemed to be the easiest by many due to the fact that there's only one way where animatronics can get to the player, while the fourth one doesn't really have any.

Gameplay Mechanics

While we don't have a clue of how "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location" will play, it may be safe to assume at the moment that the hardest game so far would be the fourth one in terms of general mechanics, especially to absence of the map.

The fourth game also increased the difficulty a bit by incorporating audio cues, but if this would be carried over to "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location," the difficulty may also prove to be quite a challenge.

The second, on the other hand, uses panic to instill further fear to the player, especially when trying to keep up and track Springtrap through the map.

As far as being rewarding, every game is subjective depending on how the players see the representation of the story. This is what the players get rewarded with while clearing nights in the game.

Hardest or not, fans patiently wait for the release of "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location," which will be this coming October 7.
