Our Samsung Galaxy C7 and Sony Xperia X comparison report has highlighted the excellent specs of both the devices, including the Snapdragon chipset, huge display, excellent camera specs, and much more. To start with, the Sony Xperia X phone is touted to lighter and sleeker compared to the Galaxy C7. In terms of display, the Samsung Galaxy phone sports a 5.7-inch screen with Super AMOLED display panel with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. On the other hand, the Sony phone features a smaller 5.0-inch screen with IPS LCD display panel along with similar resolution as that of the Samsung device.

Coming to the performance-related specs, the Xperia X excels with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 chipset compared to the Galaxy C7's Snapdragon 625 processor. However, the Samsung smartphone has a higher RAM capacity of 4 GB as against 3 GB RAM of Sony phone. Both the devices consist of two internal storage options of 32 GB and 64 GB.

Furthermore, the Sony Xperia X again has excellent camera specs with a 23-megapixel rear and 13-megapixel front camera as compared to the Samsung Galaxy C7's 16-megapixel rear and an 8-megapixel front camera. Both the smartphones have additional features like autofocus and dual tone flash.

Both the phones have similar software as they run on Android Marshmallow operating system. However, the phones do have different versions of the OS as the Samsung phone sports a v6.0.1 and the Sony Xperia X runs on v6.0. Moving on, the Galaxy C7 surpasses the Sony device in terms of life span with a non-removable Li-Ion 3300 mAh battery as against the latter's non-removable Li-Ion 2620 mAh battery.

Lastly, the Samsung Galaxy C7 has been priced for $400 whereas the Sony Xperia X is listed at around $580. To sum up, choosing the device between the two will totally depend on your specs requirements and allocated budget.
