'Monster Hunter Generations' October DLC Release Guide: Everything You Need To Know In Downloading

The free DLC for the month of October for CAPCOM's "Monster Hunter Generations" for the 3DS already got released last week, and for players who have missed it, here's a quick and simple guide on how to get it.

As announced at the official "Monster Hunter Generations" website, the free DLC pack for October is now available for download. Just like the other DLCs it followed, this new DLC is packed with a lot of new items, quests and sets.

For this month, players will get additional content from Fire Emblem and Megaman. The Fire Emblem hunter gear consists of multiple Lodestar set with a sword and shield combo weapon. The set can be acquired by clearing the quest called Fire Emblem: Warding Despair, where players are tasked to slay a Hyper Silver Rathalos.

The Mega Man outfit, however, is for felynes. This set is consisted of two parts only. The F Rushing Hammer and the F Mega Set. They can also be acquired by clearing the quest Mega Man: Yellow Devil where the task is to hunt down a Royal Ludroth.

On top of these, there are also additional goodies as slated below:

Ghosts 'n Goblins Felyne gear

15 new quests

9 new weapons

4 new complete armor sets

8 new Felyne gear sets

2 bonus Felynes

4 Guild Card backgrounds

1 Guild Card pose

19 Guild Card titles

1 Pet Costume: Pumpkin PJs

1 Item Pack: Advanced Pack

This DLC for "Monster Hunter Generations" can be unlocked by heading to the in-game DLC menu and by downloading the new content. All previously released DLC packs can also be downloaded like "Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker."

The next free DLC for "Monster Hunter Generations" will be available this coming November 4.

More DLCs are to be expected for "Monster Hunter Generations" next year at the first day of each month.
