Google Pixel XL vs Nexus 6P vs iPhone 7 Plus Review: Specs & Features Clash Of Premium Smartphones

Google's New Pixel smartphones are competing with the best handsets in the market. Here is a comparison of the new smartphone from Google with two other big names, namely the Nexus 6P and the Apple iPhone 7 Plus.

Looking at the physical design, the Huawei Nexus 6P is taller than the Apple iPhone 7 Plus, which is followed by the Google Pixel XL. The Apple iPhone 7 Plus is wider & denser than the Nexus 6P, followed by the Pixel XL.

When it comes to screen size, the Google Pixel XL and the Apple iPhone 7 Plus have similar screen size but lesser than of the Nexus 6P.Both Android smartphones have similar screen resolution, both higher than that of the iPhone 7 Plus. According to NDTV Gadgets, Google Pixel XL has the best Pixels per inch followed by the Huawei nexus 6P and then by the Apple iPhone 7 Plus.

Under the hood, the Pixel XL is powered by 1.6 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821, whereas the iPhone 7 Plus is powered by quad-core A10 Fusion and the Nexus 6P model is powered by  2GHz Octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820.The  iPhone 7 Plus has the better CPU speed followed by the  Nexus 6P and then by Pixel model.

Both the Apple iPhone 7 Plus and Nexus 6P have similar RAM capacity, but lesser than that of the Google Pixel XL model. Both the Google Pixel XL and  nexus 6P models top the charts when it comes to battery capacity and is higher than the one found in Apple iPhone 7 Plus.

The Android smartphones have similar camera combo, i.e.  12.3 MP rear camera and  8 MP front camera ,which is better than the one found in the Apple iPhone Plus, which is  12 MP rear camera and 7 MP front camera as per  Android Central.

Then Android Smartphones also have the 3.5mm standard headphone jack , which is abandoned in the Apple iPhone 7 Plus.

It is a see-saw battle between the three smartphones. The requirements and interests of the shopper would have to decide the winner among the three smartphones, which are simply the best smartphones in today's market.
