'Battlefield 1' Beta vs 'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare' Beta: Which One Is Shaping Up To Be The Better Shooter?

Both "Battlefield 1" and "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" were already released for beta testing. The people have seen them and comparisons are now being made. Which popular first person shooter is looking to be a killer game this holiday?

Here's our comparison of the initial and the present reception of both "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" and "Battlefield 1."

"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" didn't have a smooth start after their its trailer received an awful number of dislikes, totalling to 3.2 million. If any indication, this is about the fans not liking the idea that "Call of Duty" is going full sci-fi.

"Battlefield 1" performed less effective in hauling dislikes as it only got 38,000 plus or so and about 2 million likes from its 47 million views.

The reason basing off the initial standing of these games from such figures are very much relevant to how these games are being received by fans and non-fans alike.

Fast forward that now to the current beta releases of the game. With high hopes of getting an improved reception for "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare," along with a saving grace that is a remastered version of "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare," things still look a bit dull.

Recent reviews of the beta version of "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" from Game Zone indicated that the game still felt a bit underwhelming. The site specifically stated that it looks like a re-skinned version of the previous game "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3." In fact, it does look like that.

The video above shows a nice look at what the game is looking right now and even the commenters did notice the striking resemblance.

"Battlefield 1," on the other hand, is just being low key and modest, with the beta reviews are speaking for it. Such review from Gamespot shows that even the beta version is already providing promise that fans will hopefully go crazy about.

We won't see the real deal until late November this year, but given these facts and figures, the advantage is leaning mostly on EA for "Battlefield 1." Hopefully, "Modern Warfare" will be enough for "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" to pierce through consumers' incentives to buy it.
