PopCap Games' newest "Plants Vs. Zombies" mobile game, "Plants Vs. Zombies Heroes," is now available on iOS and Android.

My personal favorite plant hero in the game would have to be Wall-Knight. Its defensive tactics is effective against most decks in the game, if played correctly. Here are some of the recommended deck builds for our favorite armored walnut.

Defensive and Healing Deck by Aloe

This control deck is a perfect mix of cards with high defense like Wall-Nut and Water Chestnut, with buffs coming from Spineapple and Smackadamia.

The healing will come from your Flower Power cards, and should be strategically placed behind either your buffed defensive nuts or Mixed Nuts, which will get +2/+2 from the Team-Up trait.

Gravebuster is a great counter against those pesky zombie gravestones.

This pure defensive deck relies on Smackadamias and Magnolias for both health and strength buffs. Squash will remove any zombies from the field, while Magnifying Grass will serve as one of your heavy hitters during late game.

This deck is more effective during late game, as most cards require 3-4 sun to cast. Take advantage of Team-Up and your boosters like Smackadamia and Spineapple and keep on buffing your nuts. Doom Shroom is useful for clearing out strong enemies, but will hurt your plants as its skill is applicable to both Zombies and Plants.

This is a slow deck, so Anti-hero and deadly will be your plant army's weakness. Try to stay in control of the game all the time, and be especially careful during the first few turns.
