The two tablets are quite similar in design, with classic lines and respective metal housings except Lenovo Miix's backplate, which allows it stand upright.

The frames of the Lenovo tablet are somewhat thicker and, indeed, the figures confirm ( 30 x 20.5 cm against 29.03 x 19.98 cm). The Lenovo Miix also weighs heavier than the Galaxy TabPro S ( 900 grams versus 690 grams) and substantially thicker ( 9.9 mm versus 6.3 mm ).

The screen of Samsung tablet is somewhat smaller than the MIix 510 ( 12.2 inches versus 12 inches ) but the most important to consider difference is the resolution because theGalaxy TabPro S comes with 2160 x 1440 pixels versus the Lenovo, which has decided to limit to full HD resolution ( 1920 x 1200 ) to reduce the price.

In terms of performance, the main difference is that Lenovo Miix 510 comes with a processor Intel Core i7 with 8GB of RAM, while the Samsung TabPro S does with an Intel Core m3 accompanied by 4 GB of RAM.

Again the Lenovo takes the lead, MIix 510 will be available with up to 1TB of internal memory, while the maximum for the Galaxy S TabPro is 256 GB . Both consist a micoSD slot.

We normally use little camera in tablet of this size, but it has got enough for the average user with 5MP rear camera in both. As regards the front camera, the Galaxy TabPro S takes some advantage, 5MP , compared with2MP of MIix 510 .

The Lenovo, however dint' confirm the battery capacity except 8hours of video playback while Galaxy S TabPro consist 5087 mAh battery.

Lenovo has sacrificed the screen resolution for keeping the price lower at £699 than the Galaxy TabPro S, which is available in UK at £849.
