Samsung Black Friday 2016 Deals Include Big Discounts To TV & Appliances, But Not On Phones & Wearables?
Kirsten KaneSamsung's Black Friday 2016 deals are now up to offer discounts for smartphones, wearables, tablets, and many other gadgets. With the company joining rival hardware manufacturers such as Dell, HP, and Microsoft in giving sales to fans on its own website, the South Korean tech giant might be dissatisfied with having its devices only sold on its partner retailers like Bestbuy, WalMart, BJ's Wholesale.
Earlier, some companies have already revealed their long lists of promotions but just recently Samsung disclosed its set of discounted products which would somehow make fans and tech junkies happy. However, new phones like Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge are unfortunately not for sale as the company only offers discounts on previous-generation handsets like the Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge and the Galaxy S5 providing a savings of up to $150. This isn't too exciting deals though.
It has been said that discounts for wearables are not so big and mind blowing.
The Gear S3 classic and frontier can now be bought at a price of $299.99 from $349.99 while the Gear Fit 2 is said to be available at $149.99 in all color options and sizes instead of $179.99. The Gear S2 Classic on the other hand can now be taken at a price of $249.99 and the Gear S2 Silver for $229.99. Moreover, the Gear S2 classic Rose and Platinum variants will have a price of $299.99. The Gear VR is now worth $69.99 and $329.99 for the Gear 360.
Meanwhile, according to ZDnet, in some cases it is not "worth buying directly from the source" since "many of the sale prices on its Galaxy Tab tablets are the same" and sometimes it is even higher than the deals offered by the retail stores.
"For example, BJ's Wholesale has the 7-inch Galaxy Tab A for $10 less on Black Friday than Samsung is advertising ($99.99) -- and even throwing in a 16GB microSD card, which the Galaxy manufacturer isn't matching," the source said.
The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 with S Pen is now going from $349.99 to $249.99. The 7-inch Galaxy Tab E Lite will only cost $69.99 while the 7-inch Kids Tab E is offered at $79.99.
The bargains don't end here. Reports are rife that the Samsung is giving big price cuts to its smart TV/4k SUHD and appliances section. Shipping is even free of charge on all orders from now until the end of discounts.
All the things mentioned above are just one of the great deals that Samsung offers.
Samsung's Black Friday 2016 deals starts today, but some items will be available on November 24 or November 30.
