The latest NBA trade rumors hinted that the Oklahoma City Thunder are planning to bring in the Sacramento Kings' small forward Rudy Gay before the trade deadline. Reports claimed that the OKC Thunder are eyeing to improve their offensive gameplay through Gay as their new Wingman.

News Everyday reported that with the OKC Thunder wants to improve their roster as the team currently does not possess a talented player in the small forward position. Adding Gay to their team is expected to help the Thunder to enhance their offensive and defensive skills, which will help them to become one of the top contenders for the NBA league title.

Furthermore, it is said that the bringing in Gay onto their roster will help the OKC Thunder to send their shooting guard Victor Oladipo to the sixth position in the team and bring in their small forward Andre Roberson back to the starting shooting guard position.

To add on to the speculations, the NBA trade rumors suggested that the 30-year-old Gay will also provide the OKC Thunder with his versatile gameplay and thus, help them to put up high scores on the board. Gay is reported to have an average of 20.5 points and 6.2 rebounds per game, which is expected to help the Thunder to win a number of matches in the NBA league.

On the other hand, other reports stated that Rudy Gay has high chances of joining another team because of the Sacramento Kings' management issues and Coach Dave Joerger's inability to provide proper guidance to the key players.

However, there is still no official confirmation on the rumored trade scenario involving Rudy Gay. Hence, these rumors should be taken with a grain of salt. Stay tuned for more updates and NBA trade rumors about the OKC Thunder and the Sacramento Kings.
