A QA tester at Traveller's Tales Games accidentally has posted a picture of the new Nintendo Wii U controller to Twitter and the image shows that the sixth gaming console will sport a slightly different design.
GamesRadar, who first reported about the leak, has pointed out that although shape of the console will remain the same, some major design differences can be found in the upcoming device.
According to the report, the new controller will feature better analog control sticks, as opposed to the circle pads sported by the 3DS, which assumes the writer will increase the price of the console but at the same time will make it more comfortable to handle.
The next improvement is the Start and Select buttons, which were used to be at the bottom of the controller, surrounding the Home button, have been moved to the right side, making them more accessible by the right hand of the gamer.
Additionally, a mystery square button has also been found on the left side of the controller. And the plus and minus buttons appear on the right side of the consoler and also the left bottom features Wii U logo.
The controversial tweet and image have now been removed from Twitter.
Nintendo is expected to show its full lineup for the Wii U at the Electronic Entertainment Expo that will be held between June 5 and June 7.
