HTC 11 Release Date Happening In March 2017 With Sense Touch Interface?
Dheeraj RThe latest rumors and speculations on the upcoming HTC 11 phone suggested that its release date is set for early 2017. Reports also touted that the smartphone will be launched with excellent specs like Snapdragon processor, AMOLED display panel, and much more.
Android Pit reported that the Taiwanese consumer electronics manufacturer will release the eleventh installment of the smartphone in March 2017. Reports touted that the device might be launched during the Mobile World Congress event following the similar trend like that of One M9, which was launched at the same event in 2015. However, reports stated that there is still no official word on the possible release date of the phone.
Apart from the release date rumors, few reports hinted that the HTC 11 will be codenamed as, HTC Ocean and is expected to be launched in different variants like Ocean Master, Ocean Note, and Ocean Smart. To add on to that, Pocket-Lint reported that the new HTC smartphone will feature Sense Touch user interface, which will totally rely on the customer's gestures, touch, and voice. It is stated that the device will run on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system along with the new interface, which is expected to provide the customers with excellent user experience.
Furthermore, the upcoming HTC 11 is rumored to sport a full metal unibody along with water-resistant body panel. In terms of display, the new phone might feature the same specs like that of HTC 10 like a 5.2-inch screen and 1,440 x 2,560 pixels resolution along with a slight twist of AMOLED display panel.
As far as the hardware specs are concerned, the HTC device is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset along with 4 GB RAM. The phone is touted to be feature compatibility with the Google Daydream VR platform to provide a tough competition to other smartphones in the market.
Additionally, it is rumored that the HTC 11 will have a dual camera setup with LED flash.
