'Skyrim: Special Edition' Guide: How To Make The Most Out Of The Game That Will Be Tons Better Than The Original Version

For those looking for a good reason to get "Skyrim: Special Edition," being brutally honest about not having a lot of incentive is even an understatement. However, there are some mods for PC that will let players explore way more than the original had offered.

The following are a list of mods in no particular order that will let players take advantage of the 64bit capability of "Skyrim: Special Edition" because let's accept it, the same bugs from the original game is still present and there's pretty much no additional content when compared to the "Legendary Edition." We might as well just push "Skyrim" to further improve the experience.

WARZONES - Civil Unrest

The original Civil War in the region of Skyrim felt a bit lacking and this is what this mod aims to fix. For the original version of "Skyrim," it was more than a challenge to have the mod running smoothly due to the high demand and its script heavy nature. CTDs and freezes happen even with decent gaming rigs.

"Skyrim: Special Edition" and "WARZONES - Civil Unrest" is a different story as the mod takes advantage of the 64bit processing, which also means being able to allocate more than just 2 gigabytes of RAM to process things.

WARZONES will have players encountering all out battles across Skyrim and in insanely huge numbers. Something players can never dream of happening with only 2 GB of RAM to work with.

Unoffical Skyrim Special Edition Patch

While this isn't exactly a resource heavy mod, it actually does the opposite and further improves the "Skyrim: Special Edition" experience. This will let players get rid of the untouched bugs that Bethesda seems to be too fond about to get rid of.

Climates of Tamriel And Flora Overhaul

There's no denying that "Skyrim: Special Edition" was somewhat a huge improvement over the original game, but some visuals still lack the "modern" feel that players of today may see as a norm. This mod aims to rectify that by adding better weather effects, lighting extremely diversified tree models.

These two mods can sometimes be resource hungry, especially the latter and once the grass amount is cranked up to hair raising levels. Fortunately, "Skyrim: Special Edition" will be able to handle this more efficiently.
