Different fans knew that the "Cinderella and Four Knights" lead actor, Jung Il Woo is decided for military enlistment. However, some worries as the actor was just recently diagnosed with cerebral aneurysm.

The actor's agency, HB Entertainment, confirmed on November 29 that the actor's enlistment will happen this December. But because he plans to make a quiet registration, the agency did not reveal a specific date. However, on December, his agency revealed he entered the army quietly.

"At 2pm today, Jung Il Woo quietly entered the army after being sent off by his family," HB Entertainment agency said.

The actor will be spending 4 weeks in basic military training before carrying out his duty as a public service worker for 2 years.

Because of his car crash in 2006, Jung Il Woo was expected to serve as a public service worker. The car crash, which also involved fellow actor Lee Min Ho, left Jung with a shattered wrist bone, fractured pelvic bone, and internal head haemorrhage. This caused the actor to suffer from mild memory loss as well.

After the news of the Jung Il Woo military enlistment confirmation was made, it was revealed that the actor was diagnosed with cerebral aneurysm, which is a weakened blood vessel wall that results in an enlarged artery.

"In 2006, after a car accident, Jung Il Woo had been diagnosed with a concussion, cerebral hemorrhaging, and localized amnesia (memory loss of certain events, usually traumatic). Since about three years ago, he has had frequent headaches. After a medical examination, Jung Il Woo was diagnosed with a cerebral aneurysm," his agency added.

However, despite his condition, the actor was determined to push through with the service.

"It's a shame that I cannot serve in the fullest way due to my condition." The 29-year-old said.

Meanwhile, Jung Il Woo rose to fame through the popular sitcom "Unstoppable High Kick," and starred in other popular dramas such as "Flower Boy Ramen Shop","The Moon Embracing the Sun," and "Cinderella and Four Knights."
