Cash is hard to come by for the initial playing hours of GTA 5. However, players can resort to several tips and tricks available online in order to make more money in the game.

Taking Advantage Of The PS3/Xbox 360 Glitch

GTA 5 features special Hidden Packages that consist of $5,000 - $25,000. The said packages are distributed across the GTA 5 map, generally underwater or offshore. Luckily, there is an exploit for the PS3/ and Xbox 360 versions --- allowing a character to repeatedly collect a particular package.

First off, the player will require two unlocked characters. The player must also use a scuba diving gear to ensure that their character does not run out of oxygen. The scuba gear can be found on a Dinghy boat located at the wharf. The player must then swim towards the package, ideally the $25,000, and acquire it.

After collecting the money, the player must shift to the second character without wasting any time. After the switch, the player must switch back to the first character for the package to re-emerge at the same spot. It's worth noting that this anomaly does not apply to PS4/X1/PC, though.

The player can repeat the process until sufficient cash is accumulated. However, this does not work more than once; if a player leaves and returns to the area, the package will no longer be there.

Capitalizing On Armored Car Glitch

If Michael takes an armored car in GTA V, but does not fire a shot and fends off the police in a flash, it may spawn endless cash.

First, the player must park the armored car in his/her garage and save the game. Once the game is saved, the player must blow off the doors and leave the car in the garage. The player must then loot the car and return later. The car would not have moved from its spot and more importantly, it would be repaired and restocked with cash, according to GTA5Cheats.

Robberies

People in GTA V who visit an ATM usually have some amount of cash in their pockets. The player must wait around the ATM and for people to withdraw their money, robbing them after by using Suppressed Weapon or just bare fists, IGN reported.

In addition, places such as convenience stores and corner markets are ideal soft targets for thievery.

After entering the store, the player must only aim the gun at the cashier and shoot around. Next, the player must grab the money and leave before the police show up. Ideally, the player must park his/her vehicle facing the street just outside the store. Then, jump into the car after grabbing the cash and rush to a hideout immediately.
